General questions

A 25% deposit secures your seats and hotel rooms. The balance is due 30 days before departure by bank transfer or card. You receive a receipt for every payment.
Cancellations more than 45 days before departure receive a full refund minus visa fees. Within 45 days, airline and hotel penalties apply; we always try to transfer your booking to a later date first.
Umrah & visas
Most Umrah e-visas are issued within 3–5 working days once we receive a clear passport scan and photo. During Ramadan we recommend applying at least three weeks before departure.

Hajj questions
Hajj places are issued under the official quota system. Register your interest early — we confirm places in order of complete documentation and deposit.
Our Premium and Luxury Hajj groups stay in air-conditioned Mina camps close to the Jamarat, with sofa beds, meals and a group scholar on site.
Hotels & tours
Every hotel listing shows the walking distance to the nearest gate. Most of our Makkah hotels are under 300 m, and all Madinah hotels are within a five-minute walk of Masjid an-Nabawi.
Standard check-in is 4:00 pm in Makkah and 2:00 pm in Madinah. We request early check-in for every group and can guarantee it by booking the previous night.
Yes, every tour is led by a qualified guide who explains the history of each site in English and Urdu. Transport is by air-conditioned coach.
Modest, comfortable clothing and good walking shoes. Bring water, a hat and a small bag; ihram is only needed for tours that include an Umrah.
